JLP Manpower Services Department has provided senior Offshore drilling, maintenance, planning and project engineering personnel to the offshore industry on long or short term contract basis.

JLP has secured a framework agreement with Sonangol in Angola, and is currently providing consulting services to support the transition of Block 2 and 3 from TOTAL and ChevronTexaco respectively. Additionally, JLP Manpower Services Department has provided several senior Offshore maintenance staff to Sonangol P&P working in both block 2 and 3.
